Quality: Kidlfyx Koncepts sells only quality, hand-crafted products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, we will return or exchange the item within 10 days after receipt.

Service: We will gladly offer our assistance in helping you place your order. Fabric swatches are available and you are only charged shipping. Ordering/Payment Options: We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.. You can feel confident placing your order through our on-line secure shopping cart. On-line orders placed through the shopping cart are limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover transactions. Sales Tax: No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Oklahoma. All deliveries in Oklahoma will be charge appropriate state sales tax on merchandise.

Delivery Time: Since most of our merchandise is individually constructed and painted at the time of your order, please allow 2-6 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. Kidlfyx Koncepts will make every effort to expedite your order, however, we work with many artisans and shipping schedules may vary. If you are purchasing for a special occasion, please let us know and we will make every effort to get it to you in time. In-stock items ship once orders are placed (within 7 business days...if personalizing an item, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.)

Shipping: Several options for shipping are available at checkout.

Return/Refund Policy: If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you will receive a complete refund upon return of the item. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If Kidlfyx Koncepts makes a mistake on personalizing your product, we will either replace the product or you may return it for a full refund. Kidllfyx Koncepts does not take responsibility for names that are not spelled correctly when ordered. We recognize the fact that everyone makes mistakes and will work with you to try and correct the problem. Although we are not responsible to replace the item, we will try and solve the problem with you. Also, Kidlfyx Koncepts is not responsible for items which are not cared for by the provided instructions shipped with the item.
